🚀 Welcome to the New Dashbreeze

This is our biggest update yet.

Over the past months, we've redesigned Dashbreeze from the ground up to make building, organizing, and sharing dashboards significantly easier. Whether you're creating reports for yourself, your team, or your clients, the new version gives you more flexibility, more control, and a much smoother experience.

⚠️ Important: Beta Version Data

Dashbreeze has evolved significantly since the beta release. To deliver Workspaces, improved performance, enhanced collaboration, and many other new features, we rebuilt the platform with a new architecture.

Because of these fundamental changes, it isn't possible to migrate dashboards, tables, data sources, or other content from the beta version to the official version automatically.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate everyone who helped us test Dashbreeze during the beta. Your feedback played a huge role in shaping this release.

If you need any help getting started with the official version or recreating your dashboards, please contact our support team using the Support section in the left sidebar of the app. We're happy to help make your transition as smooth as possible.

Thank you for being part of the Dashbreeze journey—we're excited for you to experience the official release. 🚀

A Completely New Interface

We rebuilt the entire application with a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive interface.

Every screen has been redesigned to reduce complexity and help you focus on your data. Navigation is simpler and editing feels more natural.

What's improved
  • Modern, streamlined design

  • Faster navigation throughout the app

  • Improved dashboard editing experience

  • Better organization of tools and settings

  • More consistent interactions across every page

Introducing Workspaces

One of the biggest additions to Dashbreeze is Workspaces.

Instead of keeping dashboards, tables, and data sources scattered throughout your account, everything now lives inside a workspace.

A workspace acts as a central place where you can organize your projects and collaborate with your team.

Within each workspace you can:

  • Create multiple dashboards

  • Connect and manage data sources

  • Store and organize tables

  • Invite teammates

  • Control permissions and access

  • Keep different clients or projects separated

Whether you're managing one business or dozens of clients, Workspaces make organization effortless.

A New Way to Share Dashboards

Sharing dashboards is now much more flexible.

Depending on who you're sharing with, you can choose the level of access that best fits your needs.

Available sharing options
  • Public links for dashboards anyone can view

  • Password-protected links for private sharing

  • Email invitations for secure visualization

  • Better control over who has access to your dashboards

This makes it much easier to share reports with clients, executives, or teammates while keeping your data protected.

More Powerful Dashboard Customization

We've greatly expanded the ways you can customize your dashboards.

Create reports that match your brand, improve readability, and present your data exactly the way you want.

Improvements include
  • More chart customization options

  • Better control over colors and themes

  • Enhanced KPI and metric cards

  • Better table formatting

  • More consistent styling across all dashboard components

New Data Source Integrations

Dashbreeze now connects to even more of the tools you already use.

New integrations
  • Google Analytics

  • Google Sheets

  • Airtable

  • Notion

You can also continue importing files such as:

  • Excel (.xlsx, .xls)

  • CSV

  • JSON

  • Parquet

Bringing your data into Dashbreeze is now faster and more flexible than ever.

Improved Data Management

Managing your data is now much easier before building visualizations.

Transform and prepare your tables without needing external tools.

You can:

  • Rename columns

  • Change column data types

  • Format dates and values

  • Filter unnecessary rows

  • Organize imported tables

This helps ensure your dashboards are built on clean, well-structured data.

Faster Performance

We've made significant improvements behind the scenes to make Dashbreeze feel much faster.

You'll notice improvements when:

  • Loading dashboards

  • Editing charts

  • Navigating between pages

  • Working with larger tables

  • Publishing updates

The overall experience is smoother and more responsive.

Better Dashboard Building Experience

Creating dashboards is now more intuitive than ever.

The entire workflow has been redesigned so you can move from importing data to publishing a dashboard with less friction.

Highlights include:

  • Simpler dashboard creation flow

  • Better organization of dashboard blocks

  • Easier chart configuration

  • Cleaner editing panels

  • Improved publishing experience

Countless Improvements

In addition to the major features above, we've made hundreds of smaller improvements across Dashbreeze.

These include:

  • Better responsive layouts

  • Improved accessibility

  • More reliable integrations

  • Enhanced error handling

  • Improved empty states

  • Better visual consistency

  • Numerous bug fixes and performance optimizations

We're excited for you to explore the new experience, and we're just getting started.
